New branch brings high-tech, state-of-the-art banking service to new Port Jefferson Station location.

Port Jefferson Station, NY, February 8, 2019 –TFCU, one of the country’s largest credit unions with over 320,000 members, has relocated its Port Jefferson Station branch to the Station Plaza Shopping Center at 5145 Nesconset Highway in Port Jefferson Station, New York. The Grand Opening of the new branch was marked with a special Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, January 31.
The TFCU Port Jefferson branch staff of 10 full-time professionals will provide members and area residents with comprehensive banking and lending services. Best-in-class mobile and online banking services will be available as well.
“Port Jefferson Station is a vibrant community and home to a growing number of TFCU members. This new branch will offer the latest banking technology and service at a new convenient location on Nesconset Highway. We have had a presence in Port Jefferson Station for more than 20 years and we are continuing to expand our network of branches across Long Island and New York City,” said TFCU President/CEO Robert G. Allen.

The Port Jefferson branch’s hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The branch also offers free coin machine service for members and 24/7 ATM services.
Today anyone can be a member of TFCU, and approximately one in every five households in Suffolk County, New York has at least one TFCU member.
