   Mail a letter to the Cash App Headquarters in San Francisco. If you can afford to wait for the mailing and response time, you can send a letter to the headquarters in California. Address your letter to: Cash App, 1455 Market Street Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94103.^[3]
